BHX SPS Mystery
Takes too long for car to be returned. Every setting on the car had been altered (aircon, seat, bluetooth, headlights, radio). Car was driven inappropriately fast into the car park whilst I waited.
BHX SPS Mystery
Brilliant in all ways, including price. Our driver was a lady and very efficient both ways, as well as being really friendly.
BHX SPS Mystery
A bit of a delay at drop off as Birmingham was manic early morning and it's not obvious who you are looking for to drop your keys off with as lots of different operators in the same small drop off space. Pick up was much more efficient and car was there when we arrived at the car park.
BHX SPS Mystery
Greeted on the car park. Politely spoken to . Efficient . This was the experience leaving the car and then collecting it . Great service
