Pre booked and happy with the price. On arrival, the ANPR did not work but used the call button on the entrance and issue was quickly resolved. Would use again.

The pavement from Mid stay 1 to Departures was lacking proper tarmac & so rough & bumpy it was hard to push the new super glide 8 wheel cases & we were in danger of ripping the wheels off! As it is wheels look terribly worn through this! I am partially disabled & it hurt my shoulders having to keep lifting & straining to push my two cases while trying to keep my balance with a walking stick & hubby was the same with his cases! The pavement is not fit for purpose & due to these difficulties the “5 minute walk from carpark to terminal” turned into a hard graft 15 minutes in the pouring rain! I have put a formal complaint in to EMA & it was just as horrendous on the way back after our return & notice the tarmac near the yellow bollards is breaking up too! Would like to hear your reply to my feedback & if EMA are doing anything about it!

Convenient and close, walking distance to the terminal

Operates Automatic Number Plate Recognition System (ANPR) making entry and exit to the car park simple.
Well lit parking for arrivals during hours of darkness
Arrival procedure for the Mid Stay 1 at East Midlands airport
Proceed straight to the exit barrier and stop.
The ANPR system will read your vehicles number plate, verify this against your booking details and the barrier should then open automatically. Please note, this process may take up to 30 to 40 seconds to happen.
If for any reason the barrier does not open after this time, please press the Assistance button and a member of staff will confirm your booking details with you and subsequently open the barrier to allow you exit.
Please DO NOT in any circumstance insert your credit card or debit card into the barrier as a further payment will be taken.
Return procedure
Return to where you parked your car. To exit the car park the ANPR system will read your vehicles number plate, verify this against your booking details and the barrier should then open automatically. Please note, this process may take up to 30 to 40 seconds to happen.

For Blue Badge holders please choose Mid Stay 3 where there are clearly identifiable Blue Badge parking bays.
Important Information
This is a self-park product so you can take your keys with you.
The car park does not accept trailers.
Only available for stays of 9 days or less.
Cancel Policy
You can cancel the Official East Midlands Airport Mid Stasy 1 contract by giving us at least 72 hours’ notice prior to the car park arrival time and date. Once the cancellation is confirmed you will receive email confirmation. Any bookings for an Official East Midlands Airport car park cancelled within 72 hours of the car park arrival date will not be refunded.
