A great way to start our holiday everything went very smoothly, we had a disabled person with us and it took all the stress of ensuring he had a trouble free travel experience. Will definitely be using this again. π

Really clear sign post and directions, would have preferred to not wait at the barrier as it came up with my name etc to then repeat at the Meet & Greet office Staff really friendly and helpful and explained everything upon our return. Returning back to the UK to collect my keys was super easy from the key lockers. No phone calls to make upon landing, was great. However finding my car was the worst experience, absolutely shocking!! No signposts matching what was written on the card, took my husband & I nearly 45mins and found other couples having the same problem as us, due to no clear sign posts and no difference from meet & greet to short stay parking so what am I actually paying for?? Luckily it wasn't raining !! So my suggestions would be to paint the areas of tarmac Green, Yellow etc Paint numbers on the parking bays Have different entrances for meet & greet and short stay Have someone available to help you & give you a map with your keys This is supposed to be progress then it needs work as i would have given a higher score.

It has become so easy and simple to do from the self check in and there is a problem there is someone there to help you and the collection is even easier from the lockers with someone there to help also

Arrival procedure for the Meet & Greet at East Midlands airport
Drive through the sheltered inspection area where our cameras will record the current condition of your car, so you can be sure it'll be returned in the same condition.
Pull into the allocated lane and unpack your car.
Drop your keys off with one of the trusted team at the Meet & Greet reception, just a short walk from check-in.
Return procedure
Return to the customer desk, collect your keys and your car will have been moved to a bay close for you to easily find and quickly return to.
When exiting the car park the ANPR will again read your reg plate and allow for you to leave.
Security
CCTV monitoring and 24 hour car park patrol.
Disabled Facilities
There is a height restriction of 6ft 6 at this car park.
The car park do not accept trailers or motorcycles.
Important Information
Cancel Policy
You can cancel the Official East Midlands Airport Meet & Greet Plus contract by giving us at least 72 hoursβ notice prior to the car park arrival time and date. Once the cancellation is confirmed you will receive email confirmation. Any bookings for an Official East Midlands Airport car park cancelled within 72 hours of the car park arrival date will not be refunded.
