Easy booking process and quick process both to drop off the collect my car. Two small points that may or may not have affected other customers. On dropping off my car and generating the two labels from the machine I used, I am sure the labels generated, came from the opposite side from where the instructions came from. This caused a bit of confusion and delay. On my return, on the machine I used, the touch screen seemed to be sensitive and it took about 4 touches of the screen before the door containing my car keys opened. Overall I was happy with the process and this was my second visit. I plan to use your service again when I travel again in May.

One of the fastest ways to park at Edinburgh
Arrival procedure for the FastPark Meet & Greet
Enter the vehicle photobooth where HD cameras will take 360 degree images of your car.
Then park in one of the ferry lanes, grab your luggage and head to the FastPark reception.
To check your car in, simply scan your booking barcode on the FastPark app or type in the booking reference from the confirmation email.
Once checked in, add a FastPark tag to your car keys and drop them in the key chute.
You can then head off and enjoy your trip, knowing that while you’re away your car will be parked by fully-insured drivers at a secure on-airport location for the duration of your trip.
Return procedure
Ahead of your return, your car will be taken back through the HD Photo Booth to ensure it’s in the exact same condition as when you left it.
Your car will then be parked in your FastPark collection bay.
After picking up your luggage, head to the FastPark reception, scan the booking barcode at your collection locker and your keys will be waiting for you inside the locker.
Security
Car park is manned 24hrs, frequently patrolled and enclosed by security fencing. CCTV.
