Very straight forward, drove up to the barrier, machine recognised my number plate as I was pre booked, issued ticket and I parked. On way out again machine recognised my number plate and opened the barrier. No issues what so ever.

Parking was easy to book, but the directions to find the carpark are incorrect. You state follow the signs for short-stay, but there are no signs for short stay. The carpark is referred to as 'main carpark'. This seems very confusing at 5am! I ended up driving through the drop off zone, trying to find a sign for short stay. The printed ticket does not so much confirm the booking as states that if you have pre-paid you will not be charged on exit. It would be beneficial for you to follow the 'customer journey' when arriving at the airport to help customers locate the carpark and have the reassurance that they are in the correct carpark and the one booked. That said the main carpark is also devoid of signs directing people to the terminal and exiting the carpark.
