Excellent service for drop off and pick up , no hanging about like some companies,

Car collection was straightforward and efficient . The return was also good, however I think the instructions should be clearer as to the collection location , maybe should state ,on return, car collection will be same as initial drop off point. However very happy with the service and condition of my vehicle on return.

Easy drop off and pick up just pick up took longer than expected I was told 20 minutes it was more like 40 minutes

Absolutely perfect - stress free, very professional. We were early (as the traffic was smooth) which did not faze them at all. We were also an hour earlier on return which meant we did wait around 25 minutes for our car, but that's not their fault. Will use again.

Meet and Greet Procedures North Terminal Departures - outbound
North Terminal Address: RH6 0PJ
Follow signs to short stay car park at the North Terminal, keeping in the left hand land and take a ticket from the barrier. Drive in to the first car park – Car park 5 and stay on the ground floor. Drive towards the exit signposted Approved Operators and park in one of the Approved Operator bays. Your driver will meet you there. Emergency number on your confirmation.
Meet and Greet Procedures South Terminal Departures – outbound
South Terminal Address: RH6 0NP
Please call the number on your confirmation (option 1) when you are 10 minutes from the airport. Follow signs to short Stay at the South Terminal, keeping in the right hand land and head to the furthest car park – orange car park 3. Drive up to level 1 and look for the Approved operator Bays. Park in a bay and a driver will be along to meet you there.

Meet and Greet Procedures North Terminal Returns - inbound
Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrivals hall call to have your car delivered. Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting. You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once your vehicle has been handed back under the Airports new charging scheme.
Follow signs for ‘Exit’ on the ground floor, walk between the 2 car parks and head left towards the Premier Inn hotel.
Meet and Greet Procedures South Terminal Departures – inbound
Please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrivals hall call to have your car delivered. Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting.
Follow signs to ‘Exit’, cross the single lane outside, take the lift down to Ground level, head towards the furthest single lane and look for the approved sign on the left. .
You will also need to leave the forecourt promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once ILMG have handed your vehicle back under the Airports new charging scheme.
Security
Hard standing surface, CCTV, 24 hour security including automated gated barrier entry and lighting. Car park holds the Buy with Confidence award given by Trading Standards.
Important Information
A £5 (£2.50 each way) airport access fee will be added at the point of purchase and will show on your confirmation email and booking summary. All prices include VAT.
We do not accept licensed taxis both private hire or hackney carriages.
