Car was still where we left it upon our return, 5/5.. Shuttle bus to/from terminal takes 10/15 mins. Came within 10 minutes of phoning. 5/5 Bus drivers friendly enough, although didn't help with luggage/pram. Can't blame them if not in job description. 4/5. The staff behind the desk however are genuinely poor at customer service. No urge to help. Little chat. Less banter. No smiles. Felt more like an inconvenience. 1/5. As the face of the company, it isn't a good look.

First time using this service, I managed to get there no problem very well signed posted. On getting into the carpark it was busy and no disabled spaces left. Dropped off hubby with cases he went into the office asked for advice, told to park outside boom in straight forward no hassle, a staff member directed me to a space where he moved a cone to park nearby. Bus driver Ronnie super nice chap carried luggage into bus 10 mins drop off again helped us with the luggage and told us where to get shuttle back on return. I'd say this was the simplest way of no stress no hassle way of getting into the airport. I definitely will rebook and feel happy that my car was in safe hands. Thank you staff at Glasgow Skyport for your assistance. Yes I recommend 100%

Departing was a quick easy process however on return the driver wanted our name when boarding at a time when the weather was shocking. We were waiting to board in cold and rain whilst names of passengers were being taken resulting in a queuing in the rain. You already have our details at booking, on arrival, when we call you on landing and for some odd reason you want our details again when getting on the bus.

Arrival procedure for the Skyport car park at Glasgow Airport
Approach the barrier (the system will recognise your number plate and automatically open).
Drop off luggage and passengers at the pick-up point. Park at the first available space and make your way to the pick-up point for transfer to Glasgow Airport.
Transfers run on demand and take approximately 5 minutes.
Return procedure
Make your way to Bus Stop 5 located directly outside Arrivals. Locate your vehicle and load your luggage.
On exit from the car park, the barrier will open automatically.

CCTV, security fencing, automatic entry barriers (APNR) flood lit with L.E.D flood lights.
Overview
