MBW Meet & Greet is one of Heathrow Airport's most popular meet and greet services due to its high quality of service and more than 25 years in the industry
The MBW Meet & Greet service is ideal for business and leisure travellers and for those who are simply looking for that added convenience at a reasonable price
Due to the closure of the Terminal 4 Short Stay Car Park for the next couple of years, we will be operating our
Meet & Greet parking service from Terminal 4 Park & Ride Car Park.
Additional fees for over-height & longer vehicles (Please contact MBW once the booking is made). There is a £25 charge to drop your vehicle or have it returned during Closed Hours.

Standard policy
MBW – Meet & Greet T4 - EV charging cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. No cancellation between 24 hours and 0 hour before arrival. Please note: The booking fee is non-refundable.
MBW – Meet & Greet T4 - EV charging amendment policy
Free amendment up to 48 hours before arrival. Non-amendable between 48 hours and 0 hour before arrival.
On Arrival
You must call us on 020 8759 5252 when approximately 30 minutes from reaching the Terminal 4 Remote Drop-Off / Park & Ride Car Park. You MUST photograph your vehicle at the drop-off area to support any damage claim. MBW Terms & Conditions apply.
As you approach Terminal 4, please follow the signs to Remote Drop-Off /Long Stay T4.
Enter the Park & Ride Car Park and cross the barriers to Zone A
Your number plate will be read and scanned by the automated barrier.
Please find a suitable parking bay in Zone A, close to the numerous Bus Stops within the car park, which makes baggage offloading easier.
The MBW Driver will be expecting you but may call you to understand which bay you have parked in.
Once you have removed your luggage & valuables from your vehicle, please hand over your keys to the uniformed MBW Driver wearing Orange & Black high-vis jackets & carrying company-issued ID.
Photograph the vehicle; damage claims will not be accepted without evidence, and our staff will only carry out a cursory exterior check. See Terms.
Once the keys are handed over, it’s a short shuttle (4/6 minutes) with Heathrow’s complimentary Shuttle service to the main Terminal Building.
Shuttles leave every 5 minutes, but we advise allowing an extra 30 minutes to your check-in times to allowfor these changes to Terminal 4.
PLEASE NOTE YOUR VEHICLE CANNOT BE COLLECTED WITHOUT A 30-MINUTE CALL BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL AT THE TERMINAL 4 PARK & RIDE CAR PARK.
DUE TO THE NEW TERMINAL 4 RESTRICTIONS & RENNOVATIONS OF THE ONSITE CAR PARK, THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO COLLECT YOUR CAR SAFELY AND ENSURE A SMOOTH EXPERIENCE.
On Return
Please call 020 8759 5252 when you have collected all your luggage at reclaim, or when you have passed passport control if you only have hand luggage.
The despatch office will advise you of a time frame for delivery, if there is a wait for the vehicle to be returned, please wait inside the terminal until further notice. If you arrive early or late and outside of booked times, please be prepared to wait.
Exit from the arrivals hall, and head to the signposted “Park & Ride 4/Zone A Shuttle” bus stops. (designated bus tops 5,6 & 7) directly outside the Terminal Building.
There will be numerous Heathrow Staff assisting with this transition and will be there to help and point you in the right direction.
Upon arrival at the car park, your vehicle, accompanied by an MBW uniformed driver, will be waiting to assist you and hand over the vehicle and its keys.
If possible, the driver may call to identify which Bus Stop you have disembarked and attempt to get yourvehicle as close as possible for Baggage Loading.
