I found the company very insensitive to the plights of their customers. Considering that it is illegal to make phone calls whilst driving and been stuck on the motorway, I ran late and called them when I was able to park before the airport only to be told that I had to pay extra for not meeting the time I stipulated on the online form. It would have been totally legal if they had called, as other companies I had used in past did when there was an accident on the M25 and I got caught in the traffic queue. I am able to use the hands free and the car phone facilities in the vehicle to legally receive calls. I explained this situation to them till I was blue in the face and I had to eventually pay the penalty as arguing with them was really cutting the time to catch my flight.

Applied an illegal penalty fare for arriving later than the booking. Am currently in the process of taking action against them. Would never use again and will make sure all friends and family stop using them too.

We’ve used Air Parker previously, and we’re happy to use them again. The drop off was not quite as smooth as previous occasions, however car collection was excellent. Car was as we dropped it off at collection, with only a few additional miles on the clock, as expected.

Despite booking in September the team didn't have a record of my booking. They were great however and took the car still and simply requested I forwarded them the booking. Car was returned promptly upon arrival in the timeframe they gave when we called.

A QUICK OVERVIEW OF HEATHROW AIRPARKS EV CHARGING
There's no need to catch a transfer bus with AirParker Meet & Greet at Heathrow. Simply arrive at any terminal and a driver will meet you there and park your vehicle in a secure car park while you head to check-in. Open 5am–midnight.
EV Charging is included up to 60% with your booking.
Please note that the short stay car park has a height restriction of 2.2m. If your vehicle is taller than this, you will need to contact the parking provider before your arrival.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. Non refundable between 24 hours and 0 hour before arrival. Please note: The booking fee is non-refundable.

On Arrival
Please call 01895 438 057 when you are 30 minutes away to ensure there is no delay. Your driver will be wearing a black jacket with an Airparker ID.
There is an entry and exit fee of £6 each way which is NOT included in the price of your booking. The fee is payable at the point you hand over your keys to our agent and exit fee is payable at the point of key collection via the ticket machine. This is not payable using cash.
Terminal Exit Directions:
T 2 - Please make your way to Level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, rows A and B
T 3 - Please make your way to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, LEVEL 4, row B
T 5 - Please make your way to level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, Row S
For Blue Badge Holders, please drive to the Passenger Drop off areas within the Terminals
On Return
Please phone immediately after disembarking the plane (no later than before passport control) on 01895 438057. Failure to make verbal contact may delay the return of your vehicle.
Once you have all your luggage in your possession, call AirParker again on 01895 438057.
Your vehicle will be dispatched to the same location that you dropped your vehicle off. This will be 8-15 minutes after your call.
Please note an airport exit fee of £6 applies and is not included in the booking price.
