HEATHROW AIRPARKER MEET AND GREET EV CHARGING

There's no need to catch a transfer bus with AirParker Meet & Greet at Heathrow. Simply arrive at any terminal and a driver will meet you there and park your vehicle in a secure car park while you head to check-in. Open 5am–midnight.
EV Charging is included up to 60% with your booking.
Please note that the short stay car park has a height restriction of 2.2m. If your vehicle is taller than this, you will need to contact the parking provider before your arrival.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. Non refundable between 24 hours and 0 hour before arrival. Please note: The booking fee is non-refundable.

On Arrival

Please call 01895 438 057 when you are 30 minutes away to ensure there is no delay. Your driver will be wearing a black jacket with an Airparker ID.
There is an entry and exit fee of £6 each way which is NOT included in the price of your booking. The fee is payable at the point you hand over your keys to our agent and exit fee is payable at the point of key collection via the ticket machine. This is not payable using cash.

Terminal Exit Directions:
T 2 - Please make your way to Level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, rows A and B
T 3 - Please make your way to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, LEVEL 4, row B
T 5 - Please make your way to level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, Row S
For Blue Badge Holders, please drive to the Passenger Drop off areas within the Terminals

On Return

Please phone immediately after disembarking the plane (no later than before passport control) on 01895 438057. Failure to make verbal contact may delay the return of your vehicle.
Once you have all your luggage in your possession, call AirParker again on 01895 438057.
Your vehicle will be dispatched to the same location that you dropped your vehicle off. This will be 8-15 minutes after your call.
Please note an airport exit fee of £6 applies and is not included in the booking price.
