Very smooth experience and the electric charging was an excellent addition

Hand over with no issues when we arrived. We were asked whilst away if we wanted the car to be washed and valeted, which we took up, we were pleasantly surprised at the standard of the clean when we collected the car. As instructed we rang the helpdesk when collecting our bags and were told the car was on its way to the collection point. Again no issues with collection.

Booking was quite straight-forward, and the first time to utilise EV charge option, which was very handy. Instead of finding a hotel that has EV charging and then attempting to find the right charging supplier etc plus trying to charge the night before going to Heathrow Dropped car off as per normal process of meet and greet, that went very smoothly, no delays When I got back car was ready, got notification on my EV App, the day before, car was charged Was also sent an email asking if I wanted car washed during holiday, before collection The whole process was really great, can recommend

Charged me £8:00 for parking as we arrived after 5:00pm, this was due to an accident on the motorway between Derby and Heathrow, and our understanding was that we could arrive anytime after 5:00pm, not exactly at 5:00pm. I didn't check the car when I picked it up and found that one alloy wheel had been badly scored. I've yet to get a been quote for the repair. Will not be using them again.

On Arrival
Please call 020 8759 5252 when 30 min from the airport
T2: TW6 1EW
Follow signs for T2 Departures Short Stay. Take a ticket at the right hand barrier and follow signs for Off-Airport Parking.
T3: TW6 1QG
As you leave the tunnel follow signs to T3, Short Stay 3. Head to Level 4 Off Airport Parking and park in either row A or B.
T5: TW6 2GA
Leave the T5 roundabout and follow the signs to Short Stay. Follow signs to Off-Airport Parking and park in rows R or S
Make your way to the MBW desk. You will be met by the driver who will be wearing an Orange & Black high-vis jacket & ID
Please note, If you arrive more than 45 minutes outside of your booked time without at least 2 hours' notice, the full short stay car park will be referred to the customer.
Our staff will pay for a maximum of 15 minutes of short stay parking, please head over to the desk straight away.
On Return
Please call 020 8759 5252 when you have collected all your luggage at reclaim, or when you have passed passport control if you only have hand luggage.
The despatch office will advise you of a time frame for delivery, if there is a wait for the vehicle to be returned please wait inside the terminal until further notice. If you arrive early or late and outside of booked times, please be prepared to wait.

Head to the short stay car park level 4
Terminal 5
Head to the short stay car park level 4
The MBW Handover Captain will meet you at the MBW desk and will validate your parking ticket for your exit.
