My confirmation paperwork states that on my return flight into Terminal 2, I should go to bus stop number 30. There is no bus stop number 30 at Terminal 2 as it only goes to number 20 and the actual number for Purple Parking is bus stop number 17. Bus stop number 30 is at Terminal 5! You certainly don’t need this hassle when you return on a very late flight! It would have far easier but obviously not cheaper to book a taxi back to Bath Road than keep walking around looking for Bus stop number 30 when it doesn’t exist!! Absolutely fuming with Purple Parking!

Excellent. Even though my car was not ready because I had added an hour to my booking because of a possible flight delay.

All the staff were good, efficient process at departure but had to wait a long time for the bus on return, then took ages to go from t2 to t5 to the base. Got to my car almost exactly one hour after reaching bus stop at t2, feeling I should have gone for meet and greet option even if a bit more expensive. I have used PP before and had good experiences, so maybe this was an exception.
