The staff where absolutely brilliant, we had a problem with the car we had booked in, basically when we tried to set off it wouldn’t start so had to take a different, the staff had no issue in changing car over, the bus journeys to airport was very prompt and exactly the same on return

You'll need leave your keys and they'll give you a receipt, then you just need to catch the transfer bus to the terminal while the driver parks your car in the car park for you.
Return Procedure for LBA Park2Travel
Once you have collected your luggage, make your way to the bus stop where a bus should be waiting for you. If you’re waiting longer than five minutes then call the car park and they will send a transfer bus to come and collect you.
When you get back to the car park, your car will be waiting for you in one of the dedicated return bays. Just report to reception to collect your keys and you're free to drive home.
