On my return journey. As soon as I landed I rang the number I was asked to call. It took over an hour to get my car back. Communication was poor. No one seemed to be in charge. I rang the number several times and kept being told my car was on its way. Then I was told it was here. No one seemed to know where it was. I know for a fact it was in the car park already as my car was bone dry, and it was pouring with rain outside. Several people asked where to park, as there was more than one company operating the parking. This company had no obvious signs out. They were not interested in engaging with or helping clients find a space. Often just pointing to somewhere. As it was the middle of a storm, it was gale force winds and horizontal winds through the car park. I was asked to go and wait by the lift. I had to go back to the man operating the desk about 6 times, for an update. Several times I returned and there was no one available or staff just kept walking off saying my car was on its way, here in 2 minutes etc. Eventually I was handed my key and told my car was parked in another area away from the desk. My experience was a shambles. I would not recommend this company. The other stands/desks for meet and greet, seemed to be operating much more efficiently, with better communication.

Took ages on arrival to sort out the parking and leave my keys. Phoned on landing. But when I got to the pick up my car was not there. Stood waiting for over a hour with lots of excuses being made. And almost a arrogant attitude. Lots of other people also didn't have their car ready. Book this service at your peril. Not recommended.

Drive directly to Terminal Car Park 1, Level 3 — this is the official, authorised handover point inside the airport car park, not the short-stay drop-off zone.
At the check-in desk, have your booking confirmation ready. Staff will verify your booking, complete a full vehicle condition check, and take handover of your keys. You'll sign a brief handover slip — keep your copy as your receipt.
Walk the short distance to the terminal and head straight to departures.

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. No cancellation is available within 24 hours of arrival. The booking fee is non-refundable. Amendments are free up to 24 hours before arrival and non-amendable thereafter.
