There was a quite a wait for the bus and at 3 in the morning that was not wanted. As there were 2 bus loads of people. Getting the keys and finding the car was very efficient. Overall a very good service.

Most of the experience was smooth however my little automatic car really did not like the very steep entrance ramp. We nearly didn't make it up and there were cars behind us. Not too close behind us thank goidness and we did make it...just. We were not the only ones to be searching every pocket and purse to find the ticket to claim our keys. By the end of the holiday it was easy to forget exactly where it was for safe keeping. If it was a colour rather than white ut would have stood out from all the receiots and this would have been much easier and less stressfull. A member of staff at key collection would have been reasuring.
