STN CSL Park and ride
I was very disappointed with my parking experience. When I collected my car, I noticed that there was mud on both the driver’s side and passenger side carpets. I asked the staff why there was mud inside the car, and I was told that the car had been driven to the parking space and that there had been two drivers in the vehicle. However, this explanation did not make sense to me, particularly as the mud was present on both sides of the car. I handed over my vehicle in a clean condition and expected it to be returned in the same condition. Instead, I received my car with muddy carpets and raised my concerns with the staff immediately. Unfortunately, I was simply told that nothing could be done because it had been raining, they were busy, and the mud had come from outside. What disappointed me further was that nobody offered to clean the carpets or even apologise properly for the inconvenience. I understand that the weather was poor, but this does not excuse returning a customer’s vehicle in a dirty condition without making any attempt to resolve the issue. Overall, I was very unhappy with the service and expected much better care of my vehicle.

Arrival procedure for CSL Stansted Park and Ride
Park your vehicle in the car park at the front of the building, remove your luggage and report to reception where you will be checked in and transferred to the Radisson Blu Hotel at Stansted Airport.
It is your responsibility to leave your vehicle key with us as your vehicle will be moved to one of CSL's secure car parking locations where it will be stored for the duration of your vehicle's stay.
Staff are fully insured and licensed to drive all types of vehicles to and from storage facilities but the vehicle will remain under the owner's insurance while stationary and being stored with CSL.
They have various car parks around the Stansted area with the furthest one being only 6 miles from the drop-off location. Please allow 20 miles for the car to travel while in CSL's care in case of road closures or any events outside of their control.

Return Procedure for CSL Parking Stansted
1) Collect your luggage.
2) After you have collected your luggage please call My CSL.
3) A My CSL Member of Staff will then meet you back at the Raddison Blu.
PLEASE NOTE: Please do not call My CSL before you have collected your luggage and are ready to make your way to the meeting point. There is a Stansted Airport penalty charge for any vehicles at the collection point for longer than 10 minutes. Therefore you will be liable for any additional charges.
