STN CSL Park and ride
When dropping off our car, there was a big queue and we had to wait 10 minutes for a van. However, when we arrived back, we phoned them and were told they were running 25 minutes late. In the end, we waited 50 minutes for a van to collect us, which was completely unacceptable. On top of that, we had to pay an extra £2 per person, which I believe should have been included in the parking price we had already paid. To make matters worse, no one helps you load your suitcases into the van, leaving you to struggle with your luggage yourself. The service was poorly organised, and it seems they had overbooked their vehicles and couldn’t cope with the demand. The long wait on our return was extremely frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this service if you want reliable transfers and a hassle free parking experience. Be prepared for long waits, extra charges and having to handle your own luggage.

The parking was easy to find. The link took us straight to the site. The staff were very efficient when taking our details. The transfer drivers Ray and Paul were friendly and helped my elderly mother into and out of the bus.They loaded and unloaded our luggage without a fuss. My car was ready and waiting for me on my return.

Arrival procedure for CSL Stansted Park and Ride
Park your vehicle in the car park at the front of the building, remove your luggage and report to reception where you will be checked in and transferred to the Radisson Blu Hotel at Stansted Airport.
It is your responsibility to leave your vehicle key with us as your vehicle will be moved to one of CSL's secure car parking locations where it will be stored for the duration of your vehicle's stay.
Staff are fully insured and licensed to drive all types of vehicles to and from storage facilities but the vehicle will remain under the owner's insurance while stationary and being stored with CSL.
They have various car parks around the Stansted area with the furthest one being only 6 miles from the drop-off location. Please allow 20 miles for the car to travel while in CSL's care in case of road closures or any events outside of their control.

Return Procedure for CSL Parking Stansted
1) Collect your luggage.
2) After you have collected your luggage please call My CSL.
3) A My CSL Member of Staff will then meet you back at the Raddison Blu.
PLEASE NOTE: Please do not call My CSL before you have collected your luggage and are ready to make your way to the meeting point. There is a Stansted Airport penalty charge for any vehicles at the collection point for longer than 10 minutes. Therefore you will be liable for any additional charges.
