I was greeted with full on respect and good vibes I would 100 percent use this service when flying from stansted airport. Positive energy from staff leaving you happy and satisfied with a great sense of humour no problems with pick up I didn’t wait any longer than 10mins to be picked up bearing in mind I phoned to be picked up when I reached the raddison hotel if I phoned sooner they would of been there before me so yeah great service would definitely recommend

Whilst convenient and cheap, unfortunately my car was returned with a flat battery becuase they had failed to remove the key fob from the docking station correctly, causing the car to behave as if the key was still docked and draining the battery whilst I was away. When they told me the battery was flat and I expressed surprise, as I’d had no issues before, they were immediately defensive. However when I opened the car it was immediately obvious what the problem was. There was no apology, only refusal to accept their mistake. They also said that they get about 10 flat batteries a day - which sounds like an issue they may need to investigate rather than presume it’s a common issue every parking place experiences! I wouldn’t use them again.

Arrival procedure for Stansted Peak Park & Ride
20 minutes before arrival you are asked to call to inform Peak Parking of your arrival. This helps limit waiting times as individual arrival times often vary.
Park your car and take the courtesy shuttle bus to the airport.
N.B. All vehicles will be photographed upon arrival including mileage.
Return Procedure for Stansted Peak Park & Ride
Only after you are clear of customs, please call to advise that you are ready for collection, then proceed to the forecourt, Zone B – In front of the Terminal Building where we would have dropped you off.
Meeting point is subject to change on the day by Stansted Airport - you will be informed if this is the case when you call.
Security Information
The car park has manned security, fencing, and is gated entry, CCTV. All vehicles will be photographed including mileage on arrival.
Overview
If you are looking for the most economical way to park at the airport then you should opt for a Park and Ride package.
Drive yourself to the car park and enter through the barrier. Park your car then catch a shuttle bus to the terminal building. When you get back to the airport walk outside and take the shuttle bus back to the car park.
Car park operates between 4am and 23:30. Only book if your schedule departure and arrival times are within this period
