The first driver who took me to the airport on the 21 st he was very friendly and helpful But I have a concern about the one who took me back to the parking lot on the 24 , the guy he wasn’t helpful at all he treated me in different way, I could see he had to help the second load that he fetch after me he , he would open doors for them and picked up their bags , for me he couldn’t recognise me as a client , I felt like I was the one who asked for a favour. 😔💔

Arrival procedure for Stansted Peak Park & Ride
20 minutes before arrival you are asked to call to inform Peak Parking of your arrival. This helps limit waiting times as individual arrival times often vary.
Park your car and take the courtesy shuttle bus to the airport.
N.B. All vehicles will be photographed upon arrival including mileage.
Return Procedure for Stansted Peak Park & Ride
Only after you are clear of customs, please call to advise that you are ready for collection, then proceed to the forecourt, Zone B – In front of the Terminal Building where we would have dropped you off.
Meeting point is subject to change on the day by Stansted Airport - you will be informed if this is the case when you call.
Security Information
The car park has manned security, fencing, and is gated entry, CCTV. All vehicles will be photographed including mileage on arrival.
Overview
If you are looking for the most economical way to park at the airport then you should opt for a Park and Ride package.
Drive yourself to the car park and enter through the barrier. Park your car then catch a shuttle bus to the terminal building. When you get back to the airport walk outside and take the shuttle bus back to the car park.
Car park operates between 4am and 23:30. Only book if your schedule departure and arrival times are within this period
